This was my first time ordering from this florist, and I was absolutely impressed. The flowers arrived just as pictured and have bloomed out even more. 5 days later the roses are still as beautiful as before. Will definitely this florist again in the future.
When an arrangement is available to order on our website, it is because we have the flowers, containers, and design elements needed to create it as the pictured or with similar elements that will not alter the overall look, color, or design. We always strive to recreate each arrangement as closely as possible to the photo — or most of the times we create the arrangements even better.
In very rare cases, a specific flower, container, or design element may become unavailable due to seasonality, weather, or market conditions. If we need to make any necessary substitutions it will be of equal or greater value and will maintain the arrangement’s original style, color, and overall appearance.
If a major change is necessary, we will contact you whenever possible to get your approval.
