I ordered this bouquet as a last minute addition for my mom's birthday and thought they were beautiful online but was stunned when I saw them in person. This bouquet came with 24 long stem roses and the additional flowers made the bouquet really big and full. My mom and I both loved them so much. Because of the quick turnaround on this order and the friendly demeanor of the staff when I arrived, I decided to also purchase the 24 pink rose bouquet for my friend's birthday! When an arrangement is available to order on our website, it is because we have the flowers, containers, and design elements needed to create it as the pictured or with similar elements that will not alter the overall look, color, or design. We always strive to recreate each arrangement as closely as possible to the photo — or most of the times we create the arrangements even better.
In very rare cases, a specific flower, container, or design element may become unavailable due to seasonality, weather, or market conditions. If we need to make any necessary substitutions it will be of equal or greater value and will maintain the arrangement’s original style, color, and overall appearance.
If a major change is necessary, we will contact you whenever possible to get your approval.
