If our floral designer feels that one or two additional roses are needed to achieve the desired style, we will gladly add them at no extra cost.

When an arrangement is available to order on our website, it is because we have the flowers, containers, and design elements needed to create it as the pictured or with similar elements that will not alter the overall look, color, or design. We always strive to recreate each arrangement as closely as possible to the photo — or most of the times we create the arrangements even better.
In very rare cases, a specific flower, container, or design element may become unavailable due to seasonality, weather, or market conditions. If we need to make any necessary substitutions it will be of equal or greater value and will maintain the arrangement’s original style, color, and overall appearance.
If a major change is necessary, we will contact you whenever possible to get your approval.
Delivery Policy
We offer local flower delivery with care and attention to every order. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, holidays, and delivery volume.
We will do our best to deliver within the requested time frame.
Please make sure the recipient’s name, address, phone number, and delivery instructions are correct. If the recipient is unavailable, we may leave the arrangement in a safe location or contact the recipient for further instructions.
Same-day delivery is available on eligible orders placed before our daily cutoff time.
